Wandering Wise Men 2017

We began our Advent adventure on December 6, 2017. Eli and Andie were excited to get the guys and join in on helping them find baby Jesus. Eli really got into the spirit as he came up with creative ways for the wise men to explore new places in our home.

Day 21: They have found Him, the King of Kings, the Prince of Peace, the Savior. May we all be overjoyed that our King has come to forgive our sins so we may have eternal life. Matthew 2:10-11 "The sight of the star filled them with delight, and going into the house they saw the child with his mother Mary, and falling to their knees they did him homage. Then, opening their treasures, they offered him gifts of gold and frankincense and myrrh."
Thank you for following our journey. As my children grow it has become one of my favorite Christmas traditions. Merry Christmas!!

Christmas Festivities 2016

I love Christmas and I love Christmas festivities. There are so many warm and fuzzy memories to be made during the Christmas season.

Eli had a Polar Express Day at school and got to wear his pajamas and enjoy popcorn.
This sweet thing was enjoying some holiday shopping.
Levi came along too.
We took the babies to Sam's to stock up for holiday parties.
Eli had a Rudolph pancake breakfast after morning Mass.
We went to my Grandad's and Eli took a picture with Grandad's tree.
Eli got to be Joseph in his school Christmas program.
Daddy getting him ready for the big production.
Shaking his maracas during his Christmas program.
We attended our town's annual Christmas parade and tried our hardest to get a good family picture. This one works!
Daddy had to hold both babies.
This was the best position for him to be in.
I love Christmas Break.
Miss Fancy Pants thought she was big enough to get in this chair all on her own.
I got to take the kids to Daily Mass and then to the playground afterwards.
And I could've watched this beauty all night as she gazed at the Christmas Tree. There's something magical about a child looking at a Christmas Tree and just admiring it.
Christmas time is so special as we celebrate the birth of our Savior and reconnect with family and friends. I cherish each year with my kids as they grow each year and get more involved with the Christmas season.

St. Nicholas 2016

St. Nicholas came to visit Eli's school. Eli was very excited to see him.
But, it was a whole different story when we took the kids to Breakfast with St. Nicholas at our church. Ehhh...maybe next year will be better.

St. Nicholas did visit our house. Andie was excited to receive her Christmas books and treats.

Her cute bed head and surprised look was adorable.
There should've been more pictures of Eli, but he refused to put clothes on.

Andie's 1st Birthday Party

We celebrated Andie's birthday on a cold Saturday morning. We chose breakfast and Christmas jammies theme.
We had donuts, fruit, yogurt, breakfast casserole, and of course cake!
It was such a fun theme and easy to do since I'm such a Christmas freak.
Her cake was perfect.
She was so excited to celebrate her big day.
Her guests in their jammies.
Sweet Tracen was ready to party, too.
Levi came to celebrate his BFF's birthday.
Opening her presents
She was so excited!
Helping Andie with her gifts
With my sweet birthday girl
Then came CAKE TIME!!
She really loved that cake!
I can't believe that one year has already passed. Andie is such a joy to our lives with her sweet smile and funny personality. I can't wait to see how she will grow into a young lady.
